Excellent Customer Service Storage is storage, and apart from the basics of a clean environment there's not much beyond customer service to differentiate the different competitors in the storage space. Uncle Bob's does a fantastic job with customer service by employing smart, enthusiastic people who are interested in getting you what you need.
The staff was always very helpful and available. The facility was very very clean and very secured. I would recommend this storage facility. It meant all of our expectations and more. The staff was available and helpful. I felt our belongings were safe and I did not worry about anything.
