This place deserves negative 5 stars. I lost all off my children’s and my belongings to mold inside storage unit 1051. Looking back at the reviews I see someone previous to me had the same problem. An AC unit leaked into my unit. Extra Space leadership told me to file an insurance claim with them knowing 7 months later I will receive a claims letter of denial. (Insurance doesn’t cover mold) Leadership was extremely rude to me and lied to me throughout this process. I am at least the 2nd person to suffer loss. Don’t be the 3r... read more
Wow, what a nice facility! Multiple levels of security via keypads for your code entry. The building housing the climate controlled units was spotlessly clean. Loved that they also have the flat carts there available to help you haul your stuff in to the storage unit. Xavier was so helpful and knowledgeable the day of my check-in. This has been the best experience I have had while booking a storage unit. Their reservation process was very easy. The manager Frank, was phenomenal as well! He helped me with the reservation process and was a delight to talk to. Due to my work schedule I am not able to go in person because it conflicts with their open hours. Frank was so nice that it makes me sad I wasn’t able to meet him in person! We were greeted by a very ‘friendly & eager to help us’ manager named Frank. We got a tour and the facility is so well maintained. Very impressed. We also were helped by Xavier, who was also just as great. Thank you guys. When moving and having to store your home is already a stressful process, y’all made this part so much easier to deal with.
