Easy online interface for looking at spaces and sizes, but like with any "deal" there are added costs so the rate advertised is not the rate you'll end up paying after admin fees and insurance and the cost of their specific lock. I was told I'd be sent an invoice and a map of the storage location and never received those, got quick responses when I called back but in this day and age a lot of people prefer to just have that in an email. Henry was very helpful over the phone both times we chatted, knowledgeable and friendly.

Please be careful of this place. I was scammed. I bought a storage unit online for about $800. When I went, I found a lot of mice everywhere. Most of the things were eaten by mice. I asked the employees to cancel the deal. They did not respond to me and did not return any part of the amount. Most of the things went to the Garbage.

Everything about our experience so far has been good. Brandy was very helpful in explaining everything when I called on the phone. The unit was easy to find in the lock was inside just as she had said. I received a follow up phone call the next day to see if I needed anything and was given the phone number to call directly as I am now accustom.

Today was a breeze Thanks to Henry at Extra Space Storage. He was extremely welcoming & answered all of my questions, he gave me a tour of the units making this process much easier. I highly recommend anyone who needs a unit just start there!
