There was a little hiccup at the beginning because my online reservation wasn't in the system correctly. But Felicia worked very hard to make phone calls and gather information and get it all fixed. I haven't used my space yet, but I really appreciate her getting the check in process cleared up quickly and professionally. Plus, she's a hoot!! After a rocky start I wound up laughing and feel like I made a new friend.
Felicia gave me outstanding service! She was very welcoming and made sure I took advantage of every special they had to save me money!
