Lovely manager by the name of Felicia. Very friendly and eager to help! She definitely made the process easy and quick.
There was a little hiccup at the beginning because my online reservation wasn't in the system correctly. But Felicia worked very hard to make phone calls and gather information and get it all fixed. I haven't used my space yet, but I really appreciate her getting the check in process cleared up quickly and professionally. Plus, she's a hoot!! After a rocky start I wound up laughing and feel like I made a new friend.
