The facilities are being rebranded from Life Storage to Extra Storage but the changes being made are definite upgrades. The service was smooth and the staff very helpful. We got a unit in no time for an amazing price compared to the other branches.
Derrick was very nice he actually was trying to get me to stay but i explain to Derrick i have enough space in my house now. I will recommend this storage to any one need extra space very clean easy access!!!! Thanks for the service !!!!!
Derrick and Terry (Sherry) were very helpful and professional when I went to sign up for my unit. The only issue I had was that my gate code does not work but I was told that the company is working on it.
Great staff, always very helpful!!!!! Horrible prices and they raise the rent every freaking chance they get. I’ve had my things stored at this location since it was Uncle Bob’s (I know that’s ridiculous, lol), it has changed ownership twice in that time span. About a year ago I moved to a smaller unit (10x15) to save money and lo and behold about 2 months after I moved it the rent was raised to almost the amount I had been paying for the larger unit (20x20). This place is awesome. Shellee ( think I spelled correctly) , helped me get a space with the headache of other places I had been . She was so helpful and honest. Need more people like her working here. Thanks again . I'll make sure to send people to her and this company.
