RecommendedI have a large storage unit at the Extra Space Storage facility on Popps Ferry Road. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by several different ladies there and they have all been wonderful. This place has great customer service. I moved from a different storage company and my experience here has been by far the best. The staff is great and the units are clean. If you are looking to rent a unit, I would definitely reccomend this location.

I can’t say enough great things about this storage unit and the people that work there.. I’ve had a storage unit for waaayyyy too long so I can honestly say that Gwen will go above and beyond to help you… everyone in the office is really friendly and easy to work with.. If you ever have a problem or lose your key they will help you ALWAYS! They will also help you if you need to get into your unit after hours.. Thank you for going above and beyond for me!

The entire process was so easy. I signed up online, then went into the facility. Gwen greeted me in a very cheerful manner and made sure to check everything was setup correctly.

Gwen and Madison are wonderful workers and the property is very clean
I am a former customer of this location, and I cannot express how awesome the staff there at Biloxi are. Gwen is not only knowledgeable, but she is the nicest person I’ve encountered in customer service. I would definitely use this location again if the need ever arises.
