I somehow misplaced my key and Rhonda was nothing but extremely friendly and helpful. She drove all the way to another storage location to retrieve a tool needed to cut open my lock. Marvin was also very nice and patient and assisted opening it. I ended up not needing my storage unit anymore but would never hesitate to get another unit here.
Very easy and quick to set up an account, rent a unit and move into the unit. Staff is great, I moved my stuff out and the next day they called me to make sure everything was OK, because the unit was empty. The only complaint I have is the cost jumps. I rented a 5x10 unit and it was supposed to be $99 s month but it steadily went up in cost. The cost got changed every month for the first 3 minths if i remember correctly. For such a small unit I couldn't justify the cost. Other than that it was great
