I have always had good experiences working with the staff at this location. Most recently, Sarah, the mgr, provided professional, reasonable and friendly service to us, which proved invaluable. Having to have a storage facility is not something that most people enjoy. But it helps if there is good service to take some of the sting out. Thanks Sarah and staff.
Clean, respectful staff and a quality storage facility. Wished they would stop raising prices so much and I would love to stay. Ive been using them for the last 2 years. Wished they also had a 24 hour access for first responders. Extra security while on premises isn't a bad thing.
This storage facility is very clean. I love how they have the dollies by the elevator. It makes it even more convenient to move your stuff from your car to your storage unit. Sarah was very nice, very helpful and she walked me through the whole process. She was very professional. 😊
This company is trash. Since March of 23, my rent has gone from $72 to $138 due to market conditions....Scheduled move out, and it disabled my automatic payment, didn't mention it when I scheduled the moveout, and then got charged a late fee because of the automatic payment being disabled. Now being told that they do not pro-rate and have to pay another entire month for a couple of days. All I kept hearing, its in the contract. Much cheaper and better customer service at Storage King. Straight trash.
Sarah the store manager has been VERY VERY HELPFUL along the entire process of beginning our storage rental, BUT....the 1-800 customer support people on the other hand are LAZY AND RIDICULOUS and stupid. We had SOOO MUCH TROUBLE last night with the 24 hr access and then for them to tell me that I had NO ACCESS whatsoever and then the next day....Sarah confirmed that I DO have 24 hrs access. All this TROUBLE because of the lazy customer support people. Thanks again
