They have a MASSIVE rodent issue. It reeks of rat urine. It rained rat feces on me bringing down boxes and a Christmas tree. Nothing is being done to address this that moves the needle. The team there is aware, your items will be nested in, chewed on, and used as a rat toilet. I contacted them and the matter remains unresolved. I can simply take the loss, move my rat urine and feces covered items and salvage what I can. They have zero recourse other than to tell me sorry the price keeps rising and your stored items are ruine... read more
