Kathleen at extra space storage 171 Bear hill Waltham - she is very helpful and professional offer me a great deal secure two units quickly. Storage is clean, easy to access and with indoor drive in heated facilities. So I won’t need to move in and out in freezing condition. Highly recommended.
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. What really makes the difference, though, is the customer service. Kathleen, the manager at the main office, is absolutely the best! She’s always helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage and excellent service!
Kathleen in Waltham was awesome! She took her time and explained the different storage sizes and also showed me what they looked like. There was also a deal to get the first month free and that was also offered.
Revised review : Julia and Nicole were super stars. They are friendly, professional, and kind. The excellent service we received from Nicole Smith and Julia was awesome. We are moving our daughter things into this location today.. I went to check it out this past Tuesday. Met the kind and thoughtful young lady Nicole Smith.
