Kathleen at extra space storage 171 Bear hill Waltham - she is very helpful and professional offer me a great deal secure two units quickly. Storage is clean, easy to access and with indoor drive in heated facilities. So I won’t need to move in and out in freezing condition. Highly recommended.
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. What really makes the difference, though, is the customer service. Kathleen, the manager at the main office, is absolutely the best! She’s always helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage and excellent service!
The management and the manager are very kind and well organized. The space is very clean and has everything you need. You have your choice of unit size and even floor pick for a few more dollars. It is without doubt the best storage facility I have ever seen, and I have seen plenty maybe to many.
