We walked in to see units in person and the staff was super friendly and explained everything very clearly. We signed up for a unit same day, it was a very easy process. We had a last minute change to our storage needs after our new apartment’s move in date was delayed, so we had to get a bigger unit than we originally planned. These folks made it easy to get upgraded and allowed a very reasonable transfer time between units. Made the initial stress of the situation much easier to deal with!
