I dealt with Fred and let me just say this was very great customer service. He helped me so much, very kind, and made me very comfortable about bringing my account back up to date! Although I wasn’t very responsive to the phone calls, he still showed empathy once I came in and helped me work everything out. Also helping me lower my monthly rate! Great job Fred.

Sherman S. was very friendly, helpful, and informative! He acknowledged us and helped us as soon as we walked through the door. He showed us the quickest/safest way to get to our storage unit and demonstrated how to use the lock, passcodes and lift. The bathroom was also very clean.

I wasn’t sure what size unit I wanted and Fred was nice enough to show me see 3 different units. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Fred was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He was also fun to work with.
