I had a very good experience with Mitchell McLaughlin, the Assistant store manager. He was very kind and thorough as I signed up to rent space with them. He greeted me at the door and was very personable throughout the process. He even shared some great vegan restaurants that he experienced! I had the pleasure of working with Austin. He was very polite and professional, from the moment he greeted me at the door. I am also extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the building and the units. I love that the elevators are a nice size, so you dont need to make so many trips. I decided on a 10×15 unit because it was priced reasonably. Great experience all around.
I live across the street from the newest place. Moved in this week. Place is so nice, well lit with sensor lighting, they even have large carts to put your stuff on to wheel it to my unit. Prices are very reasonable and I was able to get an 10x10 unit at a great price. Austin the manager was so helpful and very nice. Definitely recommend this storage place.
So far so good! Got our space a little less than a month ago. Easy access to the unit and great hours for our family. The carts for easy transport of items are very helpful. Overall happy with the experience so far!
Clean and very easy to access. The manager, Austin, was extremely professional and courteous both on the phone and in-person. There was no hassle or any issues, and was able to move my items into the storage unit quickly. I would definitely recommend this storage company to anyone.
