Facility/Units were very clean & secure & easy to access. Austin in the office was very helpful & so nice, explained everything to us in detail since it was our 1st time renting a storage unit & answered all my questions. He even showed us the different units & helped us to decide which unit was best for us. Prices were much better than other places nearby that I checked. They also had carts that made it so much easier bringing all our stuff to the unit. I can not stress enough how clean this facility is, very impressive.
Superb move-in experience. Everything was ready to go. The facility is brand new and super clean. Code worked as expected and they even gave me a call to let me know I hadn’t properly secured the unit in between one of our drop offs. Easy access from Rowan University and cheaper than the Extra Space facility closer to campus. Don’t be fooled. Drive the extra 4 minutes to save, save, save!!
I had a very good experience with Mitchell McLaughlin, the Assistant store manager. He was very kind and thorough as I signed up to rent space with them. He greeted me at the door and was very personable throughout the process. He even shared some great vegan restaurants that he experienced! I had the pleasure of working with Austin. He was very polite and professional, from the moment he greeted me at the door. I am also extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the building and the units. I love that the elevators are a nice size, so you dont need to make so many trips. I decided on a 10×15 unit because it was priced reasonably. Great experience all around.
I live across the street from the newest place. Moved in this week. Place is so nice, well lit with sensor lighting, they even have large carts to put your stuff on to wheel it to my unit. Prices are very reasonable and I was able to get an 10x10 unit at a great price. Austin the manager was so helpful and very nice. Definitely recommend this storage place.
