the new owners seem to be quite nice. only thing is they did Jack the run up quite a bit especially since I was used to and being higher once a year by like 5 or $10 unfortunately this was more than that. for now I think they're doing a great job as far as keeping things up and they even put fire extinguishers on the outside of the buildings storage buildings. I thought that was pretty cool. we didn't have that before.

Got the rental set up same day, comparable in price to places around. Facility seems to be maintained well
