RecommendedThe gentleman at the front desk is extremely professional and accommodating. If there is a situation or challenge, it can be discussed or arrangement…within reason and respect. The storage areas are clean and the location is accessible. My only concern is the incremental increases…I would like to know ahead of time. Overall, I am pleased.

RecommendedGreat storage facility. Their early open hours and late closing hours work out great. Best part is the secure, indoor storage units. Not only is it climate-controlled for your stuff, but you're not fighting the elements if you are constantly at the unit like I am. Staff is always friendly & facility is always clean. You might pay a little more at times but it's worth it.

My payment doubled after 3 months. They said it was a promo rate, but there was nothing about that in my paperwork that I signed. Rip-off. As soon as I can, I'm getting out of Extra Space. RIP-OFF.

RecommendedPlace is always clean and security is great. Staff is friendly and also very helpful. However, the price is very high. I don’t think it should cost as much as it does just to store things. But I guess that’s the price you pay for the extra security. Still, the price could be lower.
