this is a really nice facility and it's been cleaner than most. I haven't had any issues with critters of any size so far lol. recently somebody moved in and there has been a slight odor in there but overall, it's a really nice place and so is the office personnel, Miss MICHELE. The only drawback that this place has, and that's why I didn't give it a full five stars is because they don't honor their Internet specials. Excellent customer service. Renting process was easy and fast. The manager was friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. Generally I love it.

Michelle is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Her attitude is disgusting and she creates her own charges. If you purchase unit online she will pretend you purchased wrong unit and spike the price. Units have huge roaches outside and insid.
