Michelle is ALWAYS on top of whatever business I may have with my unit. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The location is super clean and convenient from the main road
Michelle was amazing!! She was very professional, helpful, and personable. Her energy was great & it felt like I’ve been knowing her. She answered any and all questions that I had and found me the perfect unit. She was also informative. The other staff were also very friendly.
I didn’t meet Michelle in person but she saw me on camera moving my stuff into my storage and called me. She was so helpful, very professional and offered to help us move our stuff. That gesture alone made it clear I chose the right storage facility!
I measured the unit & shown to not be the sized of 10x5ft to what being rented. That got the staff upset. The managers were a bit frustrated. Everyone seems to be quite sensitive this day. I need my money back for a whole month paid & didn’t even use the unit for a full week. After this review they may try to do better.
