I am urgently trying to resolve a past-due balance on my storage unit in St. George, Utah before it goes to auction on April 21. I have the funds ready and called to make a payment, but was told by Zoe at the location that I cannot pay over the phone and must pay in person with cash. I currently live in Texas, making that requirement extremely difficult.
