Extra Space Storage recently took ownership of the storage facility on Crismon road that I have used for some time. The new manager, Tyler, has been very helpful, courteous, and professional in handling the transition and making the adjustments I needed! I highly recommend him and appreciate his efforts in solving my storage issues!
I can't begin to say enough good things about this storage facility and management. The price is low for a storage facility in general but one this low and has a/c and as nice as this is a score to say the least. I had the pleasure of having to interact with Tyler the new manager and commend him on his without any hesitation way of addressing my problem but also going above and beyond while doing so. Was down there chatting with a very nice young man Tyler. Dang this boy knows his storage stuff. He even knows his competitors stuff! Nice to work with a fellow one-on-one and know he will be there every day to answer questions, not like these other joints that have a new guy every day. Thanks Tyler for your knowledge.
