Moved a full house into 3 large storage units here. The process was without issue and Mikayla was very helpful in getting the units needed. She also was available for questions and walked us through the units available. The property is secure with easy PIN code access.
It's not AC controlled as advertised, they turned it off today. It was 82 degrees inside today. Moving my stuff out very soon

These guys change the rate without giving any heads up. Impossible to get a hold of. You should give customers a months notice at least before raising rates! Very opportunistic and unprofessional!
High hopes for this location, but like many other: they seem to hate customers. The trap is set by offering good move in rates, only to push massive increases through once you're all moved in. Our rates are almost double in less than a year. Currently working on finding another place. Also through in that the APP does not work half the time!
