My experience was with, John. We are moving in. I was asked to give a review. I will say it is very clean! John was very informative on how it works and letting us know how it goes up in four months and they send you a letter. This was unexpected news nonetheless glad I was noticed way prior. Everything went as expected and I feel the security of our belongings will be safe. I see no reason on going anywhere else!
John was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was checking in at the Ritz Carlton on Maui! The service was an 11 out of 10! John has been very responsive via text and call. Additionally, the facility was spotless. Very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal manager! John loves his job and you can tell. Very informative, great personality and helpful. The facility is clean and secured. I can’t say enough about this facility and its manager.
I have used several storage facilities in my life but BY FAR Extra Space on Fruitville is the best. It is super clean, you could eat off the floor. The drive through is super convenient and keeps you out of the elements. Plenty of carts to assist with unloading and the app makes entry super easy with one tap of a button opposed to other places trying to put in some random code.
The place is clean and well kept. However, this storage company is very dishonest in their billing practices! They insist on Automatic payments so they can increase the monthly payments “at will” to whatever they want. My contract was for $71 + tax monthly and started deducting $147 ( >100% increase) after 3 months. *** Do Not Rent from this Company !!!!
