My experience was with, John. We are moving in. I will say it is very clean! John was very informative on how it works and letting us know how it goes up in four months and they send you a letter. Everything went as expected and I feel the security of our belongings will be safe. I see no reason on going anywhere else!
John was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was checking in at the Ritz Carlton on Maui! The service was an 11 out of 10! John has been very responsive via text and call. Additionally, the facility was spotless. Very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!

My in-laws and my husband and I were part of the flooded community in Laurel Meadows. John went out of his way to accommodate my needs for emergency storage units. We chose the drive up climate controlled units and they were clean and made it so easy to unload all the stuff we were able to salvage from both homes. John gave exceptional customer service and we are so grateful.
