Stopped in to rent for an upcoming move. Met with John, he was incredibly friendly & helpful. Showed me my different options and went over pricing. Facility is spotless and well taken care of. He explained in depth all of the promotions and we found the perfect unit. Best Storage Experience I have ever had. Have a great option of supplies much cheaper then Home Depot or U-Haul
My experience was with, John. We are moving in. I was asked to give a review. I will say it is very clean! John was very informative on how it works and letting us know how it goes up in four months and they send you a letter. This was unexpected news nonetheless glad I was noticed way prior. Everything went as expected and I feel the security of our belongings will be safe. I see no reason on going anywhere else!
Outstanding help from your store manager, John Staniszewski, getting a climate controlled unit. On the day of moving my things, John was again very helpful by keeping the entrance way open, to allow easier access to my unit and not have to constantly keep putting my access code in for the entrance door. You have a very well thought out self self storage complex and a great store manager in John. Thank you for having this business available on Fruitville Road in Sarasota.
Out family is grateful for the Extra Space location on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota. Our home flooded and they were incredibly Empathetic and understanding of our situation and we as well. Our neighbors used the storage facility to protect what little bit of possessions we did lose and the employees always asked how he were doing and Genuinely cared about our situation The location is incredibly clean and always was and convenient and we felt very safe there. We would definitely recommend this location
Phenomenal manager! John loves his job and you can tell. Very informative, great personality and helpful. The facility is clean and secured. I can’t say enough about this facility and its manager.
