Former Valley Storage location `11000 N Cave Creek Rd. Office / custodial staff (Tina and Karen) have been terrific --super helpful at all times. Pleasant, energetic, always "on=it"!! VERY disappointed in the huge rent raises ESPECIALLY when there are ZERO enhancements and some cutbacks: ( 1) opening now delayed til 9:30; 2) office closed on Sunday; 3) no gate/key access for promised "extended "access hours 5AM -10PM ; 4 ) no air-cooling -still just swamp-cooled) .
