Sydney was amazing when I did my rental. He is extremely thorough in explaining everything you need to know about renting a storage unit with Extra Space. He is very nice and polite as well. I scheduled an appointment with him and he even called me about an hour prior to be sure I didn't forget. Great customer service, go see Sydney for a great experience!
Sydney Carter has been an excellent example of true customer service. There have been a few times I needed information on the ‘ins and outs’ of his property & he’s been a joy to deal with even when I’ve needed him to explain (again) the company rules/policies. Each time we’ve spoken he’s always handled my needs professionally, thoroughly & patiently while maintaining a very kind demeanor.
