The storage space itself is clean and secure and the building is well organized. The rate has increased about three times so far, it has basically doubled in 2-3 years. The onsite staff is helpful but somewhat disconnected in terms of any real assistance. The online application has been malfunctioning since early December. I was told it would be fixed by the next payment cycle--it is not. They accept payment via the phone but I prefer to pay online.

Storage space is very clean and organized. However, I would not recommend renting here. Our monthly rate skyrocketed after a few months when we were told it "may increase by a few dollars" when we signed the agreement. They can claim it's adjusted due to market fluctuations, but this is clearly a bait and switch.
The units are clean and convenient but much like other storage places, you lock in a rate but then within months there are adjustments. $99 to $159 to $257 within a year. You always need to call to re-negotiate. Rather have a fixed priced deal
