Tanya Nunez was a life saver!! Customer service, over the phone, over charged me and Tanya fixed everything for me was able to give me my first month first free!! I recommend anyone to come here, everything is clean, very nice storage with ac all inside. Been here in the late night loading things in my storage and no one has bothered me. Anyone walking around respects my space. Thank you so much for all your help Tanya (manager).

They lure you in with an online deal, three months later they jack up the price. It's happened to me twice now. Even if you ask beforehand, they give you the runaround. Definitely not an honest business model
This is hands down the worst storage place I've ever rented !! Advertising and fake reviews get folks in the door !! Once hooked , the deception begins !! Raised the rent to double what I got in for Only 2 months later , Then again and again !! Smells like rat piss ,now my stored clothes smell that way ! Flatbeds were talked about , but never got to use one . I came 1 day and no one in the office !! Paper note on door . Had to come back 2 more times to find help on site !! HEED OTHER YELP AND GOOGLE REVIEWS - they will have you move all your stuff in just to raise your rate by 50-100% the next month or two because they don't think you will want to go through the hassle of moving everything out again!! They say it's "market conditions" but I've attached some nice proof they can't lie about. They raised our 5'x5' (2nd floor) unit to $55/month and when I looked online signed out of my account on a private browser the rate was still $27!!!! False advertising! Told us $30/MO and jacked it to $60 the next month with no notice. Total rip off! Do not do business with this company!
