The customer service here is phenomenal. The woman at my "just looking" visit was very nice and patient. The woman on my check-in day was super helpful and friendly. Now onto the actual facility... it was the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen with easy in and easy out access. Happy I found it and highly recommend.

Could not be more pleased with Extra Space Storage - Itasca or with Liz the manager! The facility is spotless, very well lit, cameras everywhere, the lock I purchased from them is top of the line. Liz was extremely helpful, took time to explain my options and rates, showed me several units that could work for the type and amount of items I had, did not do a hard sell to make me contract for more than I needed. SO thrilled I'm done with organizing my 7th move! Thank you Liz

I moved in to this unit allegedly under false pretenses. It is a clean and safe facility, however, since day one, the facility managers have been negligent. I was provided one unit number, but not given that unit in the system. I was provided an open lock, with no explanation when I explained I already had a lock and didn't need one. The price was increased shortly after. Be aware when renting here that the price will constantly change dramatically and no one can give you a concrete answer to when or how much. It's completely arbitrary. From August to March they are increasing my rent 100%. From $100 to $200.
