James was friendly and welcoming. He listened closely to my needs, showed me what worked best for me and got me squared away in a matter of about 20 minutes. Super easy to deal with; if you need “Extra Space Storage” (see what I did there? :-) ) he’s the guy to see!
I rented my unit online. Shortly after, James from Extra Space Storage on W Main in Lexington called me. He asked me to come by the office and see him. I believe he saw me walking in & noticed me limping badly. The unit I had rented was about a 1000ft walk from any door. He showed me a handicap unit close to a door & it even had an extra handle, which is great for me at 4'11 w/ a handicapped arm! And it saved me a few bucks a month vs the one I rented online. I had an excellent experience working with James to setup a storage space for my organization. I will start by saying the facility is well maintained and secure. I appreciated James knowledge, professionalism and friendly support. It's refreshing to meet with someone who loves what they are doing. I would highly recommend this facility for you storage needs.

I reserved a large storage bay over the phone for a future move since the web portal would not go to the needed date. Staff were friendly and helpful to get what I needed secured. On moving day, we ended up with more items than anticipated the unit could store. I was able to call and secure a second storage bay directly across from our original bay making unloading for us and the movers easy while on the road with practically no head notice.
