Love the price at the moment and Alejandra made it more simple for us. Great sales man! She got us from an 5x5 to a 10x10. She was algo super friendly along with helpful. Always answered our questions and kept it real with us.

I rented my unit online and the process started off smooth. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once I dealt with Mayte, the location manager. She had no answers to my questions and just kept repeating, "everything is online now, I can't help you." On move-in day, no one informed me that U-Haul trucks weren't allowed in the loading zone. Brand new building that only opened this year. Everyone is very professional but beware, they will DOUBLE your rate after a few months. They tried to negotiate but still very high compared to their posted rates. You can confirm this based on their online web price considering they still have so many vacant storage. I would have stayed and could be a long term customer but I do not have the time for this back and forth haggling. Yeah I wouldn't recommend this storage facility. Almost doubled my storage rates after only 2 months of staying here. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
