Steve, the manager of the property, was extremely helpful and honest. Thoroughly went through all of our options trying find us the best deal for our needs. Explained all the fees and was up front with everything. I went to multiple other storage facilities looking for options and this place was by far the best. Amazing experience.
I can't say one bad thing about this place very clean and customer service amazing I was going through a really hard time and got behind on my payments they will go above and beyond to NOT auction off your stuff they will try and contact you in every way possible by phone by email so keep your info updated. Met with Steve to tour the facility and he was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The property and units are very clean and accessible. It felt very secure and safe and it’s nice to know that he is on site if anything should happen. He talked me through the rental agreement and fees and was very flexible with my needs and move in dates. Great experience and highly recommend!
