Met with Steve to tour the facility and he was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The property and units are very clean and accessible. It felt very secure and safe and it’s nice to know that he is on site if anything should happen. He talked me through the rental agreement and fees and was very flexible with my needs and move in dates. Great experience and highly recommend!
Steve was a wonderful manager! Steve helped us with our storage unit. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understand everything. He also had the sweetest personality and smile. I’ll most definitely stay with this storage place forever. Thank you Steve for making our day!!
I recently had a bad experience with an previous storage shed. When I called extra space storage they were more than helpful. The manager of the place Steve was more than helpful we discussed hidden fees what to expect and if I ever needed anything to reach out to him. They have restroom facilities on site during office hours. For storage units this place is taking a step above and caring for the customers.
Corey was very helpful, efficient, & professional. I was in & out within an hour! Looked at some possible storage units, both inside & outside. Corey gave me great advice & information about each unit we looked at! Him & the nice lady in the office were amazing to work with!
Steve and Alyssa were very friendly and helpful. They Answered my questions and the unit was clean and ready to use.
