I've only been there 2 days and so far it's very convenient. I only got a small unit right now because I don't need that much space just for extra household stuff and I did my bathroom and the lady called me and told me so I could come up there and fix it. It was really nice. But so far they got my thumbs up.
I've had this storage unit since 2020 and i'm just now moving out in 2024 so i've had linear experience with this company. The management was very professional and very informative. My storage unit was very clean when I moved in and the property does very well with keeping up with landscaping and property maintenance. I would highly recommend extra space storage!!
The corporate website initially glitched when I made a reservation, so I went back in thinking it didn't go through, but actually made a mess and rented two units because it went through the first time despite the glitch. I called this location and they were able to help me keep the rental I wanted and issue a refund for the mess up! Very fast and efficient service.
Mrs.Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I understand everything. I will definitely recommend extra space storage and Sarah to all friends and family. Thanks Sarah for all your help!
