Great customer service at all times. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a storage to stop by at Extra Space Storage. Very clean everytime we need something or have a question we get the answers. Maria at the office is very polite and has a great sense of humor. Customer service is really great. Like the way it's always clean and the maintenance guy is always working hard to keep the property clean.
5 stars all the way around! I've never had an issue with this place. Reserving was incredibly easy and done online. Getting into my unit for the very first time was also incredibly easy and no help was needed. Any time I have had questions, going into the office was quick and painless. The manager, Maria was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated important and heard. Thank you for the experience while I was there. The facility is very clean and it feels safe.
This is my first time renting a self storage unit, Maria the young lady in the office was awesome, very polite and she guided me during the process and explained me the rules and how to access the unit. Thank you for the effort and for the great customer service.
