Great customer service at all times. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a storage to stop by at Extra Space Storage. Very clean everytime we need something or have a question we get the answers. Maria at the office is very polite and has a great sense of humor. Customer service is really great. Like the way it's always clean and the maintenance guy is always working hard to keep the property clean.
This place is nice, and competitively priced. It’s very clean and the security seems to be top notch. Best of all, the staff are really good. The 10x10 is a great size for my needs. You can drive up near the doors for the ground floor units and there are carts available to help with moving heavy stuff. Double doors and wide corridors make this a very good choice for extra storage.
Extra Space Storage took over my former storage facility. I will admit that the news of this change would meant New Named Company, under new ownership, or management, and staff. I must admit I did experience just a little anxiety intially. My anticipation of not knowing what to expect brought on some level of apprehension. The entire Lompoc, CA Extra Space Storage facility area is GREAT! It is well defined as well as safe, secure and maintained. Of course, the staff (Maria Torres and Roman Atilano) were consummate professionals and courteous in every instance that I’ve encountered in the situations. I will not pontificate more on this review, but they are some of the best I’ve seen. Darren P.
5 stars all the way around! I've never had an issue with this place. Reserving was incredibly easy and done online. Getting into my unit for the very first time was also incredibly easy and no help was needed. Any time I have had questions, going into the office was quick and painless.
