Great customer service and reasonable prices. It doesn’t hurt that they have a newer facility! Will definitely use them again in future. My only “complaint” is that the hand truck handles should be screwed into place. It would make it easier to maneuver around corners.
We have had a wonderful experience with the staff and facilities. The manager Maria, and her side kick Roman, are very helpful, friendly, considerate, all around good people. Best prices as well. They also offer an active duty military discount. The facilities are spotless..
I recently started renting a unit here and I loved Maria at the office. She has a very happy personality and is always willing to help and answer questions. She greets me and I always see her doing something, whether cleaning, walking the storage, or in the office. If you’re looking for a unit, this is the place!
It’s always a pleasure speaking to the office, especially Maria. I need some help today and she took care of it with having to follow up. The level of customer service is top notch. I will definitely rent again at this location when need arises
Service was very friendly, I was walked through the whole set up process, instructions and information was very straightforward. The facility itself is very clean and seems very secure. I loved how easy it all was.
