I had a wonderful first-time experience with Extra Space Storage! From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. The customer service was excellent — they explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood all the details about my new unit. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free it was. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you’re looking for a reliable and friendly place to store your belongings!
It was all made very easy. I set it up all online. I did however, visit the facility beforehand, and they had showed me their storage lockers in when I was ready. I set it all up on my phone and it was very convenient. It was ready the day I was ready to move in Just went inside and they had given me my code and my locker number and took my goods there and dropped them off and locked it up. Had a great experience..
Three stars go to the personal working at the los banos location. They are very polite and always willing to help. They keep the establishment very clean. As for not giving the 5 stars is cause this company raises the price's. I was paying $143, and they just raised it and an additional $80.00 to 223.00. I'll probably be looking to move or just liquidate all the items in storage. At this rate, after a year or two, I can save my rental money and buy whatever I have in storage at a later time. Darrin Reyes was a great help with getting our first storage unit very fast and easy took about 15 minutes and was told all the policy. Very welcoming environment also everything is very clean and direct. Thank you again to Darrin Reyes
Darrin was in the office on a holiday Monday, which was a nice surprise! He was attentive, informative, and very helpful. Made the process fast and easy. Definitely recommend.
