Three stars go to the personal working at the los banos location. They are very polite and always willing to help. They keep the establishment very clean. As for not giving the 5 stars is cause this company raises the price's. I was paying $143, and they just raised it and an additional $80.00 to 223.00. I'll probably be looking to move or just liquidate all the items in storage. At this rate, after a year or two, I can save my rental money and buy whatever I have in storage at a later time. Ana is the best ! She is very professional and helpful. I recommend Extra Space Storage due to her proffesionalism and customer service. I've been using this storage since they opened due to the customer service she provides. The staff here is definitely the best .
Darrin was in the office on a holiday Monday, which was a nice surprise! He was attentive, informative, and very helpful. Made the process fast and easy. Definitely recommend.
