I had the best experience with Extra Space Storage. The units I reserved were perfect for my belongings. All the employees were so friendly and courteous, Denise closed my account and was very thorough. Would use them again.
Audrey was amazing. She was able to solve our issue. She was very friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.
I am so impressed with this facility. The girls are absolutely accommodating and very kind. They were very patient and helped me look for exactly what I needed! Audrey and Amy rock. Very secure and clean. I would definitely recommend the space.
It was easy to manage. We were at the Life Storage facility which was digital access. But our unit was a long distance from the door and the digital access didn't always work inside the metal building. We cancelled there and went to a new, non-digital Extra Storage facility closer to our home. We can drive into this one which makes loading and unloading a lot easier. (We're in our 60's, husband is in a wheelchair). We LOVE it. Both places had clean units and helpful staff. Customer service (Andre) also very helpful
In the past, I’d had family and friends who had rented storage space from other companies, & they were always complaining about the prices and being unhappy with their units. Deep down, I’ve known for quite some time that I needed to get a storage unit, but I was afraid of the cost (& skittish about safety/theft thanks to my past jobs in law enforcement and insurance).
