The staff during my visit was very friendly, and patient. I previously reserved a unit, but they allowed me to look at others until my mind was made up. I wasn't rushed or pressured. I highly recommend. Believe me I I'm a top 20% Google rater and I very seldom give out 5 stars. Thank You Frank for making me feel like my business is valued.
We had an excellent experience with the service provided by Frank. Within just a minute or two of making my reservation to view the storage unit, I received a call from him to see if I had any questions. When we arrived, Frank was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a couple of units and once we selected one, he guided us through the entire process seamlessly, and we completed all the paperwork in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended!
First time here, and its secure with entering the gate code twice before entering your storage and once on the way out, so if you are being tailed by someone they better know a code to get out. The property and storage were nice and clean and Matthew at the front real helpful and will get you in and out quick.
Been referred by my friend at this storage location for their deals and fair price. Got a good assistance with Frank in all concerns I asked. Great customer service indeed.
Customer service from Amanda was very friendly and helpful to gain easy access to Extra Space Storage. She helped me to switch my unit to a bigger size at the same rate which is amazing.
