I rented a storage unit here for my moms belongings after her death and we had to sell our family home and the lady who worked there, Doris, helped me through the difficult process and gave me my options in a very sensitive way and for that, I am giving this review. Thank you, Extra Storage and Doris for making this easier during a difficult time.
We had a phenomenal experience at this storage facility. Doris is very helpful and friendly. If I ever have to store something else again, I will definitely use this facility.
Doris is the best ever! Although we did not end up, renting an RV space from this location, Doris went the extra mile in every way possible. Kudos to Doris!
Very secure storage. Customer service is superb. Their office staff make rounds to check storage doors are properly locked and look for anything suspicious. They take very good care of us customers.
