Customer service was exceptional. Kirk was very friendly, kind and informative. Answered any questions i had with professionalism and yet still with caring and kindness. Hector was near by taking care of another couple, offering the same kind of exceptional customer service to them as well. The people are super nice and the property is very clean. Super easy access to the units and seemed very secure. Only reason I'm leaving is because the monthly fee went up to $120 a month, way out of my budget.
This is the most secure storage we have ever utilized. We never once had to worry about anyone tampering with our locks or storage as they do daily checks and have very good security protocols. The customer service is the best I have experienced with a storage place as well, when we first got our unit the front desk was ready with our gate code when we arrived and are are always there to help via in phone or in person. Dont store anywhere else!
