The hours on here say that they are open until 4PM on weekends, but they are actually only open until 3:30PM for move-in/move-out. Despite this, the customer service is amazing. After an 18-hour round trip move (and catastrophic experience with UHaul), Patricia was so kind to me. She patiently told me where to pull into the loading dock, stayed to make sure my access code worked, and showed me to my unit. As soon as I walked in, Pavithra greeted me with a warm welcome. I made an online reservation and she was very helpful in showing me the size of a unit that would best meet my needs. The checkout process was simple and easy. I'm happy to move in tomorrow especially with the first month free promotion.
