Awesome customer service. Pleasant staff. Air conditioning works well. Tempest West spent over an hour with me trying to rent the correct size unit for my personal items. She also assisted me with moving my furniture when I became overwhelmed. Pavithra Balakrishnan was amazing also. She helped my son and I with our move today. If you’re looking for a perfect storage spot come here. Both lady are amazing.
Tempest is amazing!!!!! She was incredibly helpful and so so kind. She was fast, diligent, got me a great deal, helped move my things, and was the sweetest person while doing it. I couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you so much this experience was worlds better than I expected.
This has been the best experience I've had with a storage facility. The store manager, Tempest, and the employee at the counter went above and beyond. Tempest, in particular, exceeded her duties by helping me load and carry my belongings to the third floor. They were both extremely professional and courteous, and they quickly located our unit. I can confidently say I won't be using any other storage facility in the future! They had me at FIRST MONTH FREE!
As soon as I walked in, Pavithra greeted me with a warm welcome. I made an online reservation and she was very helpful in showing me the size of a unit that would best meet my needs. The checkout process was simple and easy. I’m happy to move in tomorrow especially with the first month free promotion.
