My phone stop working upon a 5 hour drive to store items. Crystal responded within minutes with a cheerful positive attitude and and got me into my unit within minutes. Than came back and made sure we were ok. She gave us her card with a smile and said to please call her if we had any questions, problems or issues about or while using the storage facilities. She was AWESOME ! Great experience with clean, well lit and equipped facility. Thank You

We rented a unit for my daughter for the last three years of her college education and the site is very secure and clean. The property is new and we really appreciated the convenience it provided for us and easy access for her. We would definitely rent from Extra Space Storage again. Great experience!

This company is guilty of rate hiking! If you have had the same experience please report them to the BBB. I started my contract with Storease at a reasonable rate. A few months later it was purchased by Extra Space. Shortly after I received a notice that my rate would be increasing… of course. Let me add that there were no added amenities, and there is no way their cost of business increased enough to warrant a rate increase.
