Back to when this place was owned by Store Ease it was great. Open 24hr, good rates. Now a REIT has come in and bought the place. First thing they did was jack up the rent rates just to tell you the facility is now open from 6AM to 10PM! Wonderful! There’s a dumpster on site, but of course, it’s always locked. They’ll close the facility for days on end with little or no notice. Pretty crazy for a completely automated facility… Concert nearby? Closed. Bad weather? Closed. Usually the workers are super nice and polite. I had some fraud on my card and had to miss a payment waiting on a new card. They waived the late fee, which I was hoping they would do because I never miss a payment. Overall it’s a great place and nice people. The only maybe negative thing I have to say is they first advertised and got me there for a price around 50/55$ but after fees and this and that it was like 75$ and now it’s gone up to over 90$! The manager, Brandon is extremely nice and extremely helpful with my upgrading of my account and making sure that my doors opened properly and explained transfer in explicit detail. It was an excellent experience and I enjoyed talking with him.. I do highly recommend Extra storage space to anyone who needs A little more space.
I went in looking for a unit today, I needed something convenient with an autopay set up and Whitley was super helpful with everything. There was an issue that was out of her control that she quickly remedied and left me assured with my purchase.
They will keep going up on the rent! I rented a 10X10 here it started out at $105 and a little over a year later it is now $180 😡 I ask if I could move to a smaller unit they said the smallest unit was the same price as my big unit. I am so upset and will put in my 30 day notice and move my stuff somewhere else
