Don’t rent from these crooks, they doubled my rate without giving me any notice except a text message 3 days before my automatic payment was set to go through. When I called to ask what was going on the teenage “manager” had a script and informed me that he didn’t like the raising the rates any more than I did, but luckily they would work with me and I had to negotiate a new rate with them and it would take about a day to get approved.
