This place is absolutely AWESOME! Michael the manager and Esmeralda the assistant manger are 100% the best people to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly all rolled into one! I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well lit, safe place to store! They even offer vehicle storage! This place has cameras all over the facility. Nice rolling carts to use for moving heavy items. It lacks nothing. You guys are the BEST!!!
Esmeralda was absolutely amazing and made the checking in and out process a breeze! She was very knowledgeable and her customer service is unmatched by anyone else at this facility. Units were extremely clean and easy to access.
So far so good. Great price for a 10 X 10 indoor climate controlled storage unit. Pulled up to entrance and used the flat carts which were supplied to move my things inside. Used elevator to get my things to my storage unit on the 2nd floor. Won’t have to worry about water problems at ground level. Highly recommend this new/clean facility and the manager at the front office was friendly and easy to work with. Apply online for a awesome discount or ask about it at front office.
The facility is. Lean and well laid- out. There are plenty of carts to allow multiple people to move in and out. The elevators are spacious, and clean. The storage spaces come in a variety of sizes, from 5x5 to outside spaces for vehicles. The manager and assistant managers are both helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are also respectful, and humorous!
