I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I would never ever trust a storage facility again. I rented a unit on 4/15 in Gates, NY. I moved to Florida and stored everything in this unit, my whole life. I’m 59 yrs old and had very sentimental items that I had collected. I was only storing my belongings for a short period of time.
