I walked in and The staff was very professional and made me feel at home immediately. They answered my questions, gave me a tour of options and I got a free month. So the next day I purchased a second location to ensure my needs were met! Very Amazing service
I stopped by this extra space recently to get some prices for moving supplies. The manager, Kelly, was very friendly and gave me good advice about what boxes would work with the things I needed to pack. Supplies might be a bit pricier than places like walmart, but they seemed to be good quality.
I rented a space on the third floor, I believe, for nearly 2 years for 90% of my belongings. Never really had issues. I ended up getting a job and moving, and when I went to get my things, I noticed that there was a huge wet spot going down the covers protecting my mattress. I already had concerns in regards to the temperature because every other place that I’ve had to rent a storage unit from, the temperatures were cooler. Extra Space storage is clean! I wish there were more trash cans around to throw stuff away I don’t want! But David and Kelly are always so nice and helpful!
