Reserved and paid for a rv parking site. Didn’t try to actually arrived until early evening of the scheduled day. My access code wasn’t activated. Contacted customer service and had to wait an additional half an hour for the system to be rebooted before I was actually able to get through security gate. Everything went smoothly after that. Next day, the manager/agent contacted me and apologized for the original mishap.
I've just signed up for a unit here and the customer service has been great so far! Based on my interactions with Jessica I would highly recommend this storage location.
It was pleasant I was welcomed and was treated with respect and courtesy and the front desk staff was very polite and professional
