Units are spacious and reasonably priced but what makes this place stand out is it's customer service! I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle in customer service and Melissa the location manager. Stellar service, genuinely kind and caring! Melissa took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed!
Melissa were professional and compassionate in explaining the process to me. She gave me choices that would fit my budget. Her conversation was pleasant. Melissa overall good intentions from beginning to the final choice was a excellent presentation, therefore I purchase the unit .
I would absolutely recommend this location to any one of my friends! Melissa was very professional and quick to fix my issue. She was courteous and extremely kind on the phone. They have my loyalty 😋
Can’t say enough good things about this storage facility. Clean and safe Also the staff (Milesa) is super helpful and nice. I have used this before and she made this trip simple and easy. Thanks again!!! I will be a return customer again
The first thing that I noticed about the facility was that it was very clean visually and it smelled fresh. Also on the grounds were free of trash which is nice to see. Melissa was very helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much!!
