I have had the pleasure of meeting Kia and Ms. Frances in the new Covington location. They were both very professional and pleasant to work with. They assisted me with my rental and was very patient with me to ensure my rental was a success. I would recommend this facility due to its cleanliness and how respectful the staff team handle your business.
Ms. Kia and Ms. Frances were just wonderful. They were patient with me and made sure i understood exactly what I was getting. The units are very clean i love the space. I'd recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage space.

The facility is always clean and well kept. The front desk employee there named Kia is always polite and very helpful. All around a good place to use when you are in between moving! Definitely recommend
