I have had the pleasure of meeting Kia and Ms. Frances in the new Covington location. They were both very professional and pleasant to work with. They assisted me with my rental and was very patient with me to ensure my rental was a success. I would recommend this facility due to its cleanliness and how respectful the staff team handle your business.
The cashier who helped me was very pleasant and I enjoyed her professionalism she was well informed I wish I could remember her name but she had red and black braids in her hair and she was light-skinned.
