A bit confusing, no office on site, online I was charged for a lock $29.00 but one was never provided. My husband bought our own to use. The code that was given to us never worked, but we were also eventually given a code for the gate for emergencies that short one works. Better description should be given. And someone should answer the phone! I've never been refunded for the lock that was charged and never supplied.
The process was so quick and easy to rent. I did it all virtually and the process was flawless! The unit was ready and spotless!
