The local manager here is easy to do business with. The corporate operation, however, is simply greedy. They will lure you in with special rates and then aggressively raise those rates in a short period of time. I am moving out of my unit because my price began somewhere around $140 a month and their most recent renewal had me at somewhere close to $240 or $270 a month. Super easy and cheap to get a unit. I love the Bluetooth gate! I’m moving and it’s nice to have a place that’s easy to access and clean. Less panic for me regarding my stuff. Be aware that the gate access is 6am-10pm.
I was a little taken back by some of the bad reviews, the fact that there was a response to all of them conviced me the rating is off! My experience was stellar. Super easy app. Instant notification and access. Fair pricing and everything as disclosed. I am very happy with my choice. Great place, very secure. Five stars all the way!!!!
The rent for my 10x15 unit was $130 a month. I just got a letter in the mail that the cost will be increasing to $213 a month next month. Canceling immediately. I can get a $120 10x20 unit that has an actual office and someone present to help you a few blocks down the road.
There is one perfect word to describe the amazing and professional customer service at this place and its is RACHEL! I hope I spelled it right, but she is beyond excellent customer service! She will go above and beyond to deliver you that customer satisfaction and it's hard to find that nowadays! I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves for representing Extra Storage in the most perfect way! THANK YOU AGAIN, RACHEL! I give this place a 100 out of 10 because of Rachel!
