RecommendedI leased a unit. afterwards I realized the space was not big enough. I contacted Extra Space Storage and spoke to Stephanie. she was amazing! 1st of all they did not have the size I required thought she gave me 3 days to remove my belongings and Refunded ALL OF MY MONEY! She was so understanding and helpful. I had not received such incredible customer service in over a de ade!! thank Stephanie!!
