I RARELY give 5 stars because there's always something that can be done to improve service some way or somehow. I literally can't think of a single thing that needs to be done! Mike is AWESOME!! He's gone out of his way to assist me with keeping my unit at his facility more than once. I didn't need as big of a unit any longer and I kept missing the window on the smaller units. The staff that works here is awesome. They are always pleasant and have answers to all our questions. They made the move in and move out experience easy. Even though the hurricanes caused some damage to the building they were still in good spirits and worked with us. Highly recommend them!!!

The ease of online rental was a great experience. Only to be out done by the awesome customer service from the manager, Michael Leahy. As a new building, I highly recommend ExtraSpace storage

Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Rented a unit in May at a promotional price. When signing up everything appeared to be great. All forms were electronic and they even have an app to use for access to the unit. But then three months later they raised the rate to DOUBLE of what I was paying. Conveniently they don't send you the notice of increase by text or email. They mail it to you on a postcard that looks like junk mail. For started inform your customers that if you return an item for a refund with original packaging and receipt as states on the receipt you can get a refund..That will will not be getting a full refund of the merchandise or even the form of payment you used to just pay for that item..you in fact have to wait a week or so for a paper check then spend the rent of that check in gas trying to find somewhere to cash a $10 check ....if I was told any of this prior to purchase I would not have purchased....
