My experience at Life Storage (formerly Extra Space) was so totally different than my previous storage rental ordeal that I hesitate to even write this review. I kinda want to keep it a secret…it is SO nice! Friendly, efficient front office staff; very clean and comfortably climate controlled; and…less than half the price I was paying at my last place for twice the storage space! Very clean facility with intelligently designed loading and unloading bay made loading moving truck a breeze. I was also very impressed with the staff. Tom and Samantha were super professional, helpful, and most importantly very friendly. Hands down best storage facility in town.
Tom, the Manager, and Sarah, the Assistant Manager, were very helpful answering my questions, assisting in picking the storage space I needed, and accommodating my timeline. The facility is well maintained, very clean, safe, with well maintained temperature, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this facility.
Tom has been an absolute blessing to work with. I needed a storage unit unexpectedly and the process was so simple and easy. The storage itself is great, however, the customer service is what makes it worth it. Thank you, Tom!
This new Life Storage facility on Wilmot Rd is amazing. Everything is clean and new, and the place is safe, with cameras and automatically closing exterior doors in addition to the on-site staff. It's easy to get around in and access any unit. They offer a variety of unit sizes, and large, 4-wheel carts are provided to help move your items. They even have restrooms customers.
