At this point, this situation is absurd. NO POWER AT THE FACILITY, and no communication/resolve provided until I showed up on site with my truck again AFTER contacting multiple times. I was given 24 hr access (notated on my account). Due to everything that has occurred, I missed my flight to my new contracted job, and lost that employment opportunity! This location is brand new. Jason provided me with excellent customer service. I appreciate the due diligence, professionalism, and effective communication. Nick made me feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the sizes and prices and made sure I understood my contract fully. I would have rated 5 stars but the day I moved in, there weren’t any hand dolly’s so I had to carry my items to the unit. But Nicks customer service was on point.
