Today I needed to access my hospitalized son's storage unit. Extra Space storage recently took over from the previous facility (Planet Storage). The last time I was at this facility, I was impressed with the two employees that assisted me. But now, it's even better. Kaela, Alexis, and Christina have been wonderful to work with so far. This is my first time renting a storage unit and they've made it super easy and have been so welcoming even with being busy cleaning everything up for the new business. Highly recommend working with them!
Came in today to check on my mother’s balance to her storage unit. Spoke with the assistant manager, he was a great help. I love the new management.
Just came to follow up with my contract. And didn’t realize the extra space storage are the new owners of this storage facility. Me coming in was a complete difference. And all I can say it is much cleaner, the manager Keyla, and assistant manager gawayne were super welcoming and they customer service was above and beyond. Excellent service. Again major difference from planet storage. I highly recommend the new and improved extra storage storage.
Kayla and Ayanna are sooo nice!!! They explained everything clearly and were pleasant to interact with, you can tell they care about their job. They really helped alleviate a lot of stress for me since this was a last minute decision. I also appreciate the free first month! I would tell anyone to come here, especially while these two ladies are working! lol
